    **Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions**

     

    1. **Introduction**

    These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ESK Wholesale Limited Loyalty Card (the “Card”) and the ESK Wholesale Limited Loyalty Program (the “Program”). By applying for and using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Program is designed to reward and recognize loyal customers of ESK Wholesale Limited.

     

    1. **Eligibility and Membership**

    Membership in the Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in England. Membership is free and open to all eligible individuals. One Card per member is permitted. To become a member, you must complete the application form and agree to these Terms.

     

    1. **Card Usage**

    The Card must be presented at the point of sale before payment is made to earn points. The Card is the property of ESK Wholesale Limited and must be returned upon request. The Card is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. ESK Wholesale Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards.

     

    1. **Point Accumulation**

    Points are awarded for every £1 spent on eligible purchases. Points are calculated at the time of purchase. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. ESK Wholesale Limited reserves the right to exclude certain products or services from the Program.

     

    1. **Rewards and Redemption**

    To earn points, you must accumulate 1000 points before you can spend them. The value of points is 1 point = 1 penny. Redemption of points is subject to availability and may be limited to specific products or services. Redemption must be completed in person at the point of sale.

     

    1. **Termination**

    ESK Wholesale Limited reserves the right to terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice. Members may terminate their membership at any time by notifying ESK Wholesale Limited in writing. Unused points will be forfeited upon termination of membership.

     

    1. **General Conditions**

    ESK Wholesale Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice. ESK Wholesale Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Card or the Program. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
